Mark Edgington is a dad, writer, community volunteer, and former radio host with more than two decades of experience in broadcasting.

His work is guided by a commitment to honesty, accountability, and personal growth—values he continues to refine through family life, community engagement, and daily practice.

Mark began his career in radio, where he spent many years learning how to listen, communicate clearly, and hold conversations that brought people together. Those experiences shaped his belief that open dialogue and personal responsibility are essential foundations for any strong community.

Today, Mark focuses on writing and service. He shares grounded reflections on family, gratitude, learning from mistakes, and the small actions that strengthen relationships and neighborhoods. His essays center on practical wisdom—lessons drawn from everyday life that encourage people to slow down, pay attention, and approach challenges with humility and purpose.

Mark has supported community initiatives including youth programs, local service projects, and charitable efforts such as fundraising for children’s health, contributing equipment to environmental restoration, and aiding educational and social-support work abroad. He believes in contributing quietly and consistently, and that meaningful change often begins with simple acts of showing up.

Whether he is volunteering, writing, or supporting local organizations, Mark’s work reflects a steady belief in service as a way of life. He approaches each day as an opportunity to improve, help others, and build trust through action.

Mark lives in Florida with his family.
