Mark Edgington is a dad, writer, community volunteer, and radio show host with more than two decades of notable experience in broadcasting.

His work is guided by a commitment to honesty, accountability, and personal growth. These are values he continues to refine through family, community, and daily practice.

Mark began his career in radio, where he spent over twenty years learning how to listen, communicate, and hold conversations that bring people and ideas together. These experiences shaped his belief that open dialogue and personal responsibility are essential for a strong foundation and community.

Today, Mark continues to broadcast part-time while also focusing on family, traveling, writing, and service. He shares grounded reflections on being a dad, gratitude, learning from your mistakes, the power of your personal attitude, and the small actions that strengthen relationships and neighborhoods.

His essays center around practical wisdom and lessons drawn from everyday life and experience, encouraging people to slow down, pay attention, and approach challenges with humility and purpose.

Mark has long supported community initiatives including local youth programs, hands-on service projects, and ongoing charitable efforts such as fundraising for children’s health, contributing equipment to environmental restoration, and aiding international educational and social-support work. He believes in contributing quietly and consistently, and that meaningful change often begins with simple acts of showing up.

Whether he is broadcasting, traveling, volunteering, writing, or paying it forward, Mark’s work reflects a steady belief in service as a way of life. He approaches each day to as an opportunity to improve, pay it forward, and build trust through action.
