A Beautiful Morning on Bayshore for St. Jude By Mark Edgington

This past weekend, I had the privilege of joining the St. Jude Walk in Tampa. The event took place along Bayshore Boulevard, one of the most beautiful stretches in the city, and the energy of the crowd matched the setting. Families, survivors, volunteers, and supporters came together with one mission in mind: to stand behind the kids and families at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

When I set my fundraising goal, I aimed for $1,000. Thanks to the incredible generosity of friends and family, we ended up surpassing that goal and raising $1,250. It was a humbling reminder of what’s possible when people rally around a cause bigger than themselves.

Walking with that community, seeing the hope and determination in so many faces, and knowing that those dollars go directly to helping children receive lifesaving care leaves a mark.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and cheered me on. Together, we made a difference for kids who need it most.
