The Easiest Path to Enlightenment
One of the things I’ve been reflecting on lately is how quickly gratitude can change my perspective.
As I was walking through Costa Rica, surrounded by incredible wildlife, I was reminded of something I’ve come to believe more and more:
“I find gratitude to be the easiest shortcut to a feeling of bliss or enlightenment.”

It sounds simple, but I think we often overlook it. We spend so much time chasing the next achievement, experience, or solution that we forget to appreciate what is already in front of us.
This trip has been full of little reminders . A toucan perched nearby, a butterfly landing unexpectedly on my head, and countless moments of natural beauty that invite you to slow down and pay attention.

Gratitude doesn’t change our circumstances overnight, but it does change the way we experience them. And sometimes that shift is enough to help us see how much we already have.
What’s something you’re grateful for today?
